Primary Care

At Metro Community Health Center, our philosophy is more than just the absence of disease. We believe well-being is the comprehensive sum of biological, behavioral, spiritual, and social aspects of the individual, the family, and the community. We see health as healthy nutrition, daily exercise, and psychosocial.spiritual health. Metro strives to care for all individuals with respect, dignity, and grace.

We incorporate a team approach that includes a primary care provider and health professionals including nurses, medical assistants, and administrators who all work together. Each team understands the patient’s health history and current issues in order to deliver the most appropriate and comprehensive care possible.
